Windows Vista SP1 RC Refresh

Har installerat Vista SP1 RC Refresh nu på förmiddagen på två maskiner och allt gick bra. Det problem jag tidigare hade att Internet Explorer “flimrade” då jag accessade websiter i MOSS (SharePoint) är nu borta – skönt.

I have installed the new Vista SP1 RC on two machines this morning. Everything went according to plan and a problem I had with the previous build of SP1 – my Internet Explorer window was flickering when looking at MOSS sites – now gone!

Vistauppdateringar

Microsoft har släppt två uppdateringar för Windows Vista, en performance- och en reliability-uppdatering. Ska installera dem på hemma-burken ikväll så får vi se om man märker några förbättringar.

Microsoft has released two updates for Windows Vista. I’ll install them on our computer at home tonight.

Windows Vista AdminPak

Något som många irriterat sig på är ju att det inte finns något AdminPak framtaget för Vista och hittills har det ju varit osäkert om det kommer något öht. Nu börjar det ryktas om att det är något på gång i alla fall, under namnet Remote Server Administration tools (RSAT). Men tidigast i samband med Vista SP1 tyvärr 🙁
