Hittade en video på Microsofts Technet Edge-site där Jamie Stark intervjuas och han visar den nya Attendant Console i OCS2007 R2. Den verkar riktigt, riktigt bra, precis det som idag saknas för receptionisten när man som vi kopplat ihop OCS med telefonväxeln. Ser mycket fram emot att få testa den här i februari! |
