Facebook 3.0 iPhone app

Finally Apple has approved the 3.0 version of the Facebook app for iPhone! I had to delete the 2.5 version from my iPhone and reinstall it from the App Store to get the new version, probably some kind of caching problem at the Apple servers. (It still showed the old version in the App Store but I got the 3.0 version when I installed it).

Now I will test some of the new features before I go to bed!

Snow Leopard

Äntligen är det dags – på fredag börjar Apples nya operativsystem – OS X Snow Leopard – säljas. Det går redan nu förbeställa på bl a Apple Store. Är du nyfiken på vad det nya operativet innehåller kan du hitta det på Apples site.

Rea på iPhone 3G hos Telia

Idag, måndag, börjar Telia sin rea på iPhone 3G. Rean pågår fram till 22 augusti eller så långt lagret räcker. Kan vi anta att Telenor också kommer rea ut tidigare modell inför 3GS-lanseringen?

Upgrade to iPhone OS 3.0

	Ikväll var det äntligen dags att uppgradera till iPhone OS 3.0. Uppgraderingen gick väldigt smidigt, Apples servrar verkade inte alls högt belastade någon halvtimma efter uppdateringen hade släppts. Det tog ca 15 minuter så var uppgraderingen klar. Hittills har jag testat MMS, Voice Memos, Copy/Paste, Search och allt funkar finfint!
	Tonight it was finally released – the iPhone/iPod OS 3.0! The upgrade was very easy to do (as usual), it only took 15 minutes. So far I’ve tried these new features: MMS, Voice Memos, Copy/Paste, Search. Everything’s great! If you haven’t updated yours already, do it!

	Idag har version 2.2 av mjukvaran för iPod Touch släppts. Några av nyheterna är:
	Förbättrad mailhantering. Snabbare och stabilare Safari. Man kan hämta podcasts direkt från Touchen, utan koppling till iTunes på datorn. Möjlighet att slå av/på autocorrection i tangentbordsinställningarna.

Chris is also having 2.0.1 problems

	Chris Pirillo upplever precis samma problem som jag, med skillnaden att han kör iPhone och jag Touch.
	Chris Pirillo is having the same problems with his iPhone 3G as i am having with my Touch. Anyone know of a solution to this? I think Apple should have solved these problems in 2.0.1!
